It's that time of year again. We start to think about swimming, camping, working in the yard, and everything else that is great about the warm weather.
One thing that we do not think about a lot though is testing our AC units - especially if you are on the selling end of a home. But why is that important?
If we have not turned on our air conditioner in a while, why wait until a buyer comes along or their home inspector to turn it on for the first time in the season. If it doesn't run it may be just a small repair, but can leave a lasting impression on potential home buyers.
So be sure to test those AC units!
